PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) is an evidence based framework used in Agora Cyber Charter School to improve both academic and behavioral outcomes for all students. According to the TFI (Tiered Fidelity Inventory), a measure of the effectiveness in implementation, Agora grade bands have all exceeded the percentage needed to be recognized by the State of Pennsylvania (70%). Agora is effectively implementing and sustaining PBIA as a Tier 1 framework across K-12.
Moving forward, we will continue to provide supports and incentives to Agora students so that they are successful here at school throughout their school journey. Congratulations staff, students and all who contribute to Agora!
